Ezra is a company of companies

We build and invest in companies that are designed to make a transformational impact on our climate. We are not a company building simply to profit or increase our AUM. Each project begins by finding an indisputable issue in the world; access to clean energy, water security, climate change mitigation and resilience. We build companies seeking to address the biggest needs and opportunities of our time.We give special attention to candidates who are inspired by this mission and have extraordinary raw ability.

Diversity in multiple dimensions will be a key enabler of our success. Ezra is a home for curious minds and people longing to make a big impact in a world that needs it. We value integrity. We have fun dreaming up big solutions and then bringing together the right talent to create measurable change in the world. Joining our team means you’ll work with a creative, socially conscious, ambitious, and caring set of individuals. We thrive on diversity—in life experiences, fields of study, and ways of thinking (to name just a few). We welcome exceptional applicants from all backgrounds. If any of the jobs below feel like you we want to hear from you!
